摘要
就业指导课对于提高大学生的就业认识、树立正确的就业观和择业观具有极大作用与影响。在现今就业过程中不难发现,社会人才需求与学校人才培养之间的差距与学生求职标准与社会所提供岗位条件之间的落差造成了当今大学生就业难的问题。本文针对当前高校就业指导课在课程形式、授课主体等方面存在的问题做出一些探索,提出改革的方法和策略。
The employment guidance course has a great effect and influence on improving college students＇ employment awareness and establishing a correct view of employment and career choice. It is not difficult to find out that the gap be- tween the demand of social talents and the cultivation of the talents in colleges and the gap between the students＇ employ- ment standard and the society post condition have caused the difficult problem of college students＇ employment. Accord- ing to the existing problems in the curriculum form and the main subject in current university employment guidance cour- ses, the paper makes some exploration and proposes reform methods and strategies.
