摘要
高校毕业生的就业问题现已成为家庭、学校和社会关注的焦点。贫困大学生作为学生中的特殊群体,他们对就业认识和准备不足,导致在就业择业过程中出现各种各样的心理问题,这样给社会、高校、家庭及他们自己都带来了很大的损害。针对当前贫困大学就业择业表现出来的心理问题进行分析,并提出改善贫困大学生就业择业心理的几点建议。
University student＇s employment question has already became the focal point.The poorer students are comparatively weak in the employment.They don＇t prepare for the employment.It causes various psychological problems in the employment process and does harm to the society,the university,the family and themselves.The paper provides with a thorough analysis on the reasons of the poorer students,tends to find out the way to solve the problem,and give the employment guidance to clear away the employment obstacles.
