Review:the Measurements of College Students' Mentality of Employment

摘要 我国高等教育进入大众化阶段后,大学生就业问题日渐凸显,其就业心理状态也得到了越来越多的重视。从就业信心、主动性、择业灵活度、耐挫力等方面回顾近年来各高校相关工作者的研究结果,缺乏科学统一的调查测评工具是造成研究结果不一致、难对比的主要原因之一,目前在就业方面应用较多的是用来了解个体适合何种职业的职业心理测验,就业心理状态则只有通过自尊量表、主动性人格量表等从不同角度间接测量,针对大学生就业心理状态的科学测评工具仍有待研究编制。 As Chinese higher education enter the stage of "popularization", college students' employment problem becomes increasingly prominent, and the employment psychological status of college students also receive more and more attention. Recent findings of the surveys are reviewed from several aspects such as employment confidence, employment initiative, career choice flexibility and employment tolerance. Lack of scientific and unified investigation and assessment tools is one of the principal reasons that make the research results different from each other and lack of comparability. Vocational psychometrics are relatively mature and widely used to know the suitable occupation for an individual. On the contrary, there is no specialized test about the mentality of employment but some other scales which can test it in one area, such as selfesteem scale, proactive personality scale, etc. Further studies are needed on constructing a scientific evaluation tool about college students' mentality of employment.
