老年退变性腰椎管狭窄动物模型的制作 被引量:1

摘要 目的探索制作腰椎管狭窄动物模型的方法。方法以SD大鼠为模型分别行全椎板切除及切除后自体碎骨粒回植,并与正常对照组一同进行运动和感觉功能检查、影像学及病理检查,计算机分析结果数据以验证模型的效果。结果模型组和椎板切除组的椎板再生,椎管均较正常对照组狭窄(P<0.05),并引起间歇性跛行及体表诱发电位(SEP)改变(P<0.05),模型组椎管狭窄重于椎板切除组(P<0.05)。结论椎板切除碎骨粒植骨是制作腰椎管狭窄的动物模型的简便有效方法。
