摘要
阐述了开关阀控气动伺服系统的特点和研究现状。针对这类系统提出了定位辨识建模法,并通过实验辨识出气动PCM位置系统在不同工作点的具体数学模型。
This paper expounds the characteristics and the current research situation of the pneumatic servo system controlled by on/off valve.Being aimed at this kind of system,a positioning identification modeling method is proposed.Then the concrete models of pneumatic PCM position system in some working points are obtained xperimentally.The theoretical analysis and experiment show that the method resolves the modeling of the pneumatic servo system controlled by on/off.
