摘要 人工神经网络和模糊识别理论作为模拟生物体的信息处理系统。在实践中得到广泛的应用。结合二者的优点构造了模糊人工神经识别网络,并将其运用于淮北市水质的综合评价中。利用淮北地表水观测资料,对该市水质进行了较为客观地评价,为水环境治理及水资源保护提供了科学、客观的依据。 The artificial neural network (ANN) and the fuzzy recognition (FR) are information process systems to simulate biological mechanism. And the two theories are widely used in many fields currently. Combining the advantages of the two systems, this paper proposed a fuzzy artificial neural network recognition model (FANNR) which is used to evaluate the water quality of the surface water in Huai Bei area. Using the data of the water quality observed in Huai Bei area, the water quality is evaluated which provide an objective and scientific foundation for the water resource protection and water environmeat administration.
