摘要
用成年大鼠,以低电阻及声音变化测定臀部一侧膀胱经线及对侧非经脉线,在经脉线及非经脉线上的臀中肌及皮肌内注射等量CB-HRP,以TMB法显示背根节(DRG)及脊髓腹角中标记的神经元。结果:经脉线上臀中肌及皮肌的脊髓运动神经元和DRG感觉神经元的标记数均明显高于非经脉线。本工作首次定量确证了臀部膀胱经处臀中肌及其皮肌的传出、传入神经分布较非经脉线处密集,并发现膀胱经臀肌运动神经元在腰髓内形成比非经络运动神经元远为广阔的树突野。
Changes of lower resistance and voice on the bladder meridian at one side of the buttock and on nonmeridian at the opposide side of the buttock were ditermined in adult rats. A same dose of CB-HRP was injected respectively into middle gluteal muscle and cutaneous muscle on the meridian and the nonmeridian, and the labelled neurons in the dorsal root ganglion and the anterior horn of spinal cord were developed by TMB. Results indicated that lablled spinalmotor neurons of the middle gluteal muscle and the cutaneous muscle on the meridian and sensory neurons of the dorsal root ganglion were significantly higher than that on the non-meridian respectively.The present study firstly quantitatively proves that efferent and afferent nerves of the middle gluteal muscle and the cutaneous muscle on the bladder meridian of the bottock are more dense compared with the non-neridian, and it is found that the motor neurons of gluteal muscles on the bladder meridian formed a wider dendrite field in the lumber segment of spinal cord as compared with the non-meridian.
