摘要
taking systolic force of the cardiac muscle and cardiac rate as a target.Through injections of isoprenaline to point Neiguan and by vein and by muscle with of enperimental rats acute cardiac failure separately,the writer compared with the therapeutic effects.The results show the injection of isoprenaline to Neiguan not only has strong effects but also shows obviously superior to the injection of isoprenaline By vein and muscle,which has the mutual synthetic advantages of benign ragulated effects and effect of drug.It may supply a new effective Way for treating acute cardiac faiture clinically.
