摘要
核转录因子κB(nuclear factor kappaB,NF-κB)是一种调控许多与细胞存活、凋亡相关基因的重要转录因子。近年来研究发现,NF-κB不适当的激活和表达与多种肿瘤的发生、发展及肿瘤细胞的耐药性密切相关。就此作一简要综述。
Nuclear factor kappa B is one kind of important transcription factor. It could control many genes expressions which related with cell survival and apoptosis. In recent years, the research indicated that many kinds of tumor＇s occurrences, development and the drug resistance of tumor cells are closely related with NF-κ B＇s not suitable activation and expression. This article makes a brief summary in light of this.
