摘要
目的:鉴定中药金荞麦挥发油的化学成分。方法:用水蒸气蒸馏法对金荞麦根进行了挥发性成分提取,采用 GC/MS 分析法进行了分析鉴定。色谱柱 SE54(30 m×0.32 inln),柱温采取程序升温,起始温度40℃,保持1 min,升温速率8℃·min^(-1),终点温度220℃。结果:用 GC/MS 分离鉴定了43种化合物,质量分数用面积归一化法获得。43种物质中,13个烃类,30个烃类氧化物,主要物质十六酸10.34%,(Z,Z)-9,12-十八二烯酸6.44%,1,4,4a,5,6,7,8,8a-八氢-2,5,5,8a-四甲基-1-萘烯甲醇3.27%,樟脑0.871%,萘0.84%,[1ar-(1a.α,4a.α,7.β,7a.β,7b.α)]-脱氢-1,1,7-三甲基-4-亚甲基-1H-环丙[e]奠-7-醇0.513%,正壬醛0.434%,芳樟醇0.172%。结论:本方法分离效果良好,鉴定组分准确,对金养麦的深入研究有一定价值。
Objective :To identify the compositions of essential oil from Fagopyrum dibotrys (D. Don)Hara. Method:The essential oil was extracted from Fagopyrum dibotrys (D. Don)Hara. by using steam distillation. GC/ MS was used for the determination of essential oil. Using SE54 capillary column (30 m × 0.32 mm). The initial temperature was kept at 40 ℃ for 1 min. and the temperature was raised to 220 ℃ at the rate of 8 ℃ and lasted 1 min. Results: 43 species of compounds were separated and identified by GC/MS. The relative contents of these species were calculated by normalization. Among the 43 species, there were 13 kinds of hydrocarbon compounds and 30 oxygenated hydrocarbon derivatives which were mainly n - hexadecanoie acid ( 10.34 % ) , ( Z, Z) - 9,12 - octadecadienoic acid ( 6.44 % ), 1,4,4 a, 5,6,7,8,8 a - oetahydro - 2,5,5,8 a - tetramethyl - 1 - Naphtha- lenemethanol(3.27% ), Camphor(0.87% ), [ 1ar - ( 1a. α. ,4a. α. ,7β,7a, β,7b ,α. ) ] - decahydro - 1,1,7 - trimethyl - 4 - methylene - 1H - Cyeloprop [ e ] azulen - 7 - ol ( 0.513 % ). Conclusion: The experiments con- ducted in our laboratory with the essential oil show that it is a simple, rapid, efficient, inexpensive and with good repeatability and recovery. It is excellent to separate and determine the component of essential oil from Fagopyrum dibotrys ( D. Don) Hara. , and ofer reference value in the development and application study of this herb.
