摘要 为测定不同产地金荞麦中有效成分(-)-表儿茶素的含量,本试验将产自四川、贵州等8个省的金荞麦饮片粉碎成0.75nm以下的超微粉,用500mL/L乙醇提取,高效液相色谱法测定(-)-表儿茶素的含量,色谱条件:Kromasil C柱,流动相为水-乙腈(92∶8),流量为1.0mL/min,柱温35℃,波长为278nm,进样量为10μL。结果表明,在0.55μg/mL~17.6μg/mL范围内(-)-表儿茶素与峰面积线性关系良好,回归方程为Y=519 812.36 X+2 018.12,r=0.999 2;8个产地的金麦(-)-表儿茶素含量在6.45μg/g~8.81μg/g超微粉之间。该方法能快速、稳定、精确的检测(-)-表儿茶素的含量,且不同产地金荞麦中(-)-表儿茶素含量有一定差异。 To determine the content of epicatechin in different origin of Fagopyrum dibotrys, the Fagopyrum dibotorys from eight provinces, suchas Sichuan, Guizhouetc. were crushed less than 0.75 nm superfine powder, 500 mL/L ethanol extract was used to, and HPLC method was used. The analysis was carried out on Kromasil C column. The mobile phase for water acetonitrile (92 : 8) with flow-rate of 1.0 mL/min. The column temperature is 35℃ ,eluate was detected at 278 nm. Epicatechin shows a good linear relationship in 0.55 μg/mL-17.6μg/mL and the regression equation is Y=519 812.36X+2 018.12,r=0. 999 2; Epicatechin contents in different origin of Fagopyrum dibotorys are between 6.45μg/g-8.81 μg/g. The method is simple and suitable for the determination of epicatechin content in Fagopyrum dibotrys. Epieatechin con- tents in different origin of Fagopyrum dibotorys have differences.
