枣核中多酚物质提取条件的初步研究 被引量:17

摘要 以金丝小枣枣核为原料,研究了枣核多酚的提取条件,确定了邻苯二酚为枣核多酚的标准对照。采用酒石酸铁比色法测定多酚含量,通过单因素试验、正交试验对影响枣核中多酚提取效果的各因素进行了研究。结果表明,各因素对枣核多酚提取效果的影响程度从高到低依次为料液比>pH值>浸提温度>浸提时间。综合考虑提取效果与生产成本,对提取条件进行了优化,确定了适宜的提取条件为:料液比1∶30,pH 3,80%乙醇、浸提温度50℃、浸提时间12 h,枣核中多酚的含量大约为9.770 mg/g。本研究为开发和利用枣产品加工中的副产品提供了一个有效的途径。 A new extracting technique for polyphenol from Chinese jujube was conducted using core of Gold mini jujube as raw material and catechol as standard sample. The content of polyphenol in core of Gold mini jujube had been measured by tartrate-Fe method. To optimize the conditions for the extraction of polyphenols from core of Gold mini jujube, extraction was studied by single factor and orthogonal experiment. Results showed that the successive order of factors affecting extraction was solid/liquid ratio 〉 pH 〉 extraction temperature 〉 extraction time. Thus, the feasible conditions for extraction of Gold mini jujube core polyphenol were determined to be alcohol concentration 80% of pH 3 at 50℃ for 12 h and the ratio of solid to liquid as 1:30 .The content of Gold mini jujube core polyphenol is 9.770 mg/g. This study provided a good-way for the exploitation and using of the by product of the Chinese jujube.
