摘要
凝聚力对班集体的形成和发展,对学生素质的提高都会产生十分重大的影响,因此,在班主任的工作中要注意从自身修养、班干部队伍建设、目标的设定、活动的安排等各发面提高班集体的凝聚力。培养同学的集体归属感和集体荣誉感,使之有一种光荣感、愉快感和责任感,心里向着集体,乐于为集体多作贡献,有力地促进学生德、智、体、美、劳各方面全面发展。
The cohesion is very important not only for the class to be formed and developed, but also for the students＇ quality to be improved. The teacher in charge of the class should pay more attention to the enhancement of the class cohesion. The cohesion of a class can be improved by increasing the teacher＇s quality, by training the cadres of the class, by formulating the aims of the class and by arranging all kinds of after-class activities, etc. The teacher responsible for the class should also try to develop the students＇ sense of honor and make them feel happy, glory and responsible to live in the class. Therefore, the students will grow up in various aspects.
