摘要
凝聚力的培养是创建一个团结向上的班集体的前提 ,是班主任工作的重要内容。针对高校的实际情况 ,班主任应注意通过抓好班干部、利用集体活动。
The cultivation of cohesive force is the prerequisite of establishing a united class.It is also the important content of the work of the teacher who is in charge of a class.According to the practical situation in colleges,the teacher in charge of a class should cultivate and consolidate the cohesive force of class collectivization by cultivating the class committee,making full use of group activities and making the backward students changed.
