摘要
特色形成是高等学校办学的基础与源泉,目标定位是特色发展的方向与动力。办出特色不仅能为高等学校的发展注入强大的生命力,而且能大大提高高等学校的竞争力。文章以公安院校办学特色为研究对象,从理论上论述了公安院校办学特色的内涵与特征、影响公安院校办学特色形成的主要因素、公安院校应着力打造鲜明办学特色的途径等。这对公安院校形成办学特色、提高教学质量和竞争力、培养高素质人才,具有重要的指导作用。
The foundation and source of colleges and institutions are developing their characteristics and their goals are the orientation and motive power of characteristic development. Developing characteristic not only pours vitality into colleges and institutions, but also improves their competitiveness. This article deals with school management characteristics of police colleges and institutions. It also argues in theory about the connotation of police schools＇ management characteristics, main factors that influence their development, and measures of the characteristic development. It provides guidance to form police schools＇management characteristics, to improve educational teaching quality and competitiveness, and to foster high quality talents with distinct characteristics.
