摘要
公安院校必须客观认识自身的优势和劣势,保持和突出自己鲜明的公安办学特色,走"突出特色、以特制胜"的发展道路。所谓公安特色,就是公安院校在办学过程中形成的比较持久稳定的明显区别于其他普通院校的具有公安特点的办学风格或特征。
Public security institutions must objectively recognize their own strengths and weaknes- ses, maintain and highlight the distinctive school - running characteristics, and take the developing path with ＂prominent features and dominating characteristics＂. The So- called public security feature refers to the more consistent and stable school - running way with public security style or characteristics formed in the process of running significantly different from other ordinary institutions.
