摘要
公安院校是我国高等院校的重要组成部分,既有高等院校的共性,也有公安院校的个性。公安院校学科专业建设最大的个性特点在于学科专业设置与相应专门警务人才的培养。然而,多数公安院校学科专业建设发展现状不容乐观,已成为影响公安院校健康快速发展的制约因素,需要给予高度重视并加以强化。通过重要性、现状、路径选择三个角度对公安院校学科专业建设问题进行了较为系统的阐述,力图引起公安院校对学科专业建设的高度重视,推进公安院校学科专业建设工作,让公安院校更加明确自身办学定位、突出公安特色,使公安高等教育更好地适应公安工作需要,确保公安院校更具有生命力和竞争力。
As an important part in China’s higher education institutions,the public security colleges have higher education institutions’ common characteristics and their own features.The most distinctive feature in public security colleges’ discipline and specialty construction lies in the setting up of disciplines and specialties and the training for professional police talents.However,the discipline and specialty construction in these colleges is not optimistic and becomes a factor to hinder their healthy and rapid development.This situation must be given high attention to and improved.From the perspectives of importance,current situation,and approach selection,we systematically expound the discipline and specialty construction in public security colleges,attempt to arouse theses colleges’ attention to the discipline and specialty construction,promote their discipline and specialty construction,make the colleges to clarify their own educational positioning,lay stress on public security characteristics,thus making the higher education of public security to better meet the needs of public security work and ensuring the public security colleges’ vitality and competitiveness.
