高职院校辅导员对学生心理偏见的调适对策

摘要 在对大学生思想政治教育和管理工作中,由心理偏见导致的不良影响使教育和管理工作针对性与实效性降低,同时学生易对辅导员产生不满情绪,对思想教育的接受和工作的开展产生抵触心理。辅导员要克服对学生的心理偏见,做到平易近人、化"师"为"友";一视同仁、平等对待;因材施教、客观对待。 In the university student thought political education and the supervisory work, The instructor easily has the wrong localization to the student, and causes the education and the supervisory work pointed reducably with the actual ef- fect, simultaneously student easily has dissatisfaction with instructor, and has the contradiction psychology to ideological education acceptance with the work development. The instructor, if overcoming cognition deviation to students, must achieve the amiable near- person, and “the teacher” is “the friend”; Treat impartially, and the equality of treatment; Teach students in accordance with their aptitude, and the objective treatment.
