摘要
在对大学生思想政治教育和管理工作中,由心理偏见导致的不良影响使教育和管理工作针对性与实效性降低,同时学生易对辅导员产生不满情绪,对思想教育的接受和工作的开展产生抵触心理。辅导员要克服对学生的心理偏见,做到平易近人、化"师"为"友";一视同仁、平等对待;因材施教、客观对待。

The instructor, if overcoming cognition deviation to students, must achieve the amiable near- person, and “the teacher” is “the friend”; Treat impartially, and the equality of treatment; Teach students in accordance with their aptitude, and the objective treatment.
