摘要
目的观察外源性骨生长因子(骨肽片)对骨质疏松症的治疗效果,为临床治疗提供可行性途径和方法。方法选择2003-02~2005-05求治的50例骨质疏松性患者,口服骨肽片0.3g,3次/d,连续服用1年,治疗前后分别测量跟骨骨密度及骨代谢生化指标自身对照。结果经随访,50例患者中,临床症状缓解显效32例,占64.0%;有效18例,占36%。总有效率100%。超声骨密度三项指标宽波段超声衰减(BUA)、声速(SOS)以及由两者演算而来的硬度指数(Stiffness)水平显著提高(P<0.01)。骨代谢生化指标血清骨碱性磷酸酶(BALP)、Ⅰ型前胶原羧基端肽(PICP)、骨钙素(BGP)水平显著增高(P<0.05或<0.01)。结论补充外源性骨生长因子可促进成骨代谢、改善骨结构、提高骨密度,是治疗骨质疏松症的有效途径和方法,并对骨质疏松性骨折的预防有积极意义。
Objective To observe the curative effect of extrinsic bone induction growth factor in osteoporosis,provide feasibility pathway and method for clinical treatment.Method Fifty cases of osteoporosis from Febuary 2003 to May 2005 were chosen and taken ostide tablet, 0.3g, three times a day, kept on one year; bone metabolism biochemical indicator of prior-treatment and post-treatment were detected for own-control respectively.Results In following-up of 50 cases,32 cases(64%)were excellence, 18cases(36%) were response, and total effective rate was 100%. The levels of three indexes of ultrasonic bone mineral density (BMD),i.e broadband ultrasound attenuation (BUA), speed of ultrasound (SOS), and stiffuess index(STl) that was calculated from BMD and BUA rose significantly(P〈0.01). Bone metabolism index showed that the levels of blood-serum bone alkaline phosphatase (BALP), proeollagen I carbotyl peptid(PICP), bone gla protein(BGP) increased significantly(P〈0.01 or P〈0.05).Conclusion Supplementary of extrinsic bone (induction) growth factor is of effetive way and method to treat osteoporosis, and has positive sense to obviate osteoporotic fracture, and can accelerate bone formation metabolism, increase bone density, raise bone strength.
