摘要
目的观察空心加压螺纹钉内固定手术配合中药分期治疗股骨颈骨折的临床疗效。方法将300例股骨颈骨折患者随机分为2组,治疗组150例空心加压螺纹钉内固定手术后予中药分期治疗,对照组150例空心加压螺纹钉内固定手术后予骨肽片治疗,2组均服用药物3个月,观察2组临床疗效,对患者采用Merled’Aubigue髋关节功能评分进行比较,随访1年观察远期疗效。结果治疗组优良率81.33%,对照组优良率66.67%,2组优良率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。2组Merled’Aubigue髋关节功能评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。2组骨折愈合率、骨折愈合但继发股骨头坏死率比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组远期疗效优于对照组。结论空心加压螺纹钉内固定手术配合中药分期治疗股骨颈骨折,是促使骨折愈合、改善髋关节功能和提高生活质量切实有效的一种途径和方法。
Objective To evaluate the effect of hollow compression screw internal fixation combined with Chinese crude drug treatment by stages on femoral neck fracture.Methods 300 patients with femoral neck fracture were randomly divided into two groups.Control group（n=150） received hollow compression screw internal fixation combined with Gutai tablets.150 cases in treatment group received hollow compression screw internal fixation combined with Chinese crude drug treatment by stages.2 groups were taking medication for 3 months.Clinical efficacy was observed after a year.Hip function score Merled＇Aubigue were compared.Long-term effect was observed by follow-up of two years.Results Excellent rate was 81.33% in treatment group and 66.67% in control group,there was significantly difference between 2 groups（P0.05）,treatment group was more than the control group.There was significant difference between two groups on hip function score Merled＇Aubigue（P0.05）.There were significant differences between two groups on healing rate of fracture and Secondary necrosis rate of femoral head（P0.05）.Long-term efficacy of the treatment group was more than the control group.Conclusion Hollow compression screw internal fixation combined with Chinese crude drug treatment by stages is to promote healing and improve hip function and improve quality of life in a practical and effective ways and means.
