三枚空心钉内固定治疗老年股骨颈骨折 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨三枚空心钉内固定治疗老年股骨颈骨折的治疗效果。方法在C臂X线机监视下采用微创技术,三枚空心钉内固定治疗老年性股骨颈新鲜骨折15例。结果本组病例全部获随访,时间4～24个月,平均13个月,14例骨折愈合,1例股骨头坏死。骨折愈合率93.3%。结论采用三枚空心钉微创术治疗老年股骨颈新鲜骨折具有手术创伤小,方法简便、固定牢靠、可早期功能锻炼、减少并发症等优点,是治疗老年人股骨颈新鲜骨折的好方法。
