摘要
总结"三避"技术在广西食用菌生产中的作用、模式、应用效果等现状,指出生产中存在的宣传不够、投入不足、发展不平衡、人才奇缺、技术难到位、缺乏研究、创新性不够等问题,提出加大扶持力度、提高科技含量、加强培训、加强宣传引导等对策,重点扶持以"三避"技术为核心的先进实用技术的引进、示范及推广应用,提升广西食用菌生产水平。
The role, model and application effects of "Three prevention", that is, prevention from rain, cold and sunlight techniques of edible fungi in Guangxi were summarized in this paper. Some problems were pointed out including not enough propagation, lack of investment and talent, uneven development, techniques not available at usage, shortage of research and innovation. To upgrade the production level of edible fungi in Guangxi, major efforts should be devoted in supporting, improving the technology quality, strengtheing training and the guidance of propagation, and paying more attention to support the introduction, demonstration and large scale production of the advanced practical techniques related to application of "Three prevention" techniques.
