教学档案袋作为一种质性评价方式,有利于记录教师个人发展的过程、促进教师自我反思,从而达到展现教师能力和促进教师专业发展的目的。
As a qualitative evaluation method, teaching portfolio is beneficial for recording the process of teachers' individual development, promoting teachers' self - reflection. Thus it can achieve the purposes of demonstrating the ability of teachers and promoting the professional development of teachers. This paper attempts to introduce the basic concepts of teaching portfolio and its significance to teachers' professional development and provides a model of teacher evaluation for reference,
