摘要
把C#对ANSYS的二次开发应用于FED的仿真与结构优化设计,开发了程序。程序中利用APDL使建模、加载、后处理的过程参数化。C#编写的程序使参数输入和结果输出界面可视化,容易使用,提高了后处理的能力。APDL和C#的二次开发的结合应用于场发射的优化设计,研究了电场分布、电子发射轨迹和电流密度,大大提高了优化设计的效率。
Applying secondary development of ANSYS based on C# to the simulation and optimization of FED, a program has been developed. APDL describes the modeling, loading and postprocessing by parameters. Using C# provides visualized interface of parameter input and result output. This makes the program easily used and improves the postprocessing ability. The program utilizes the combination of APDL and C# on the study of optimization of field emission, and studies the electric field distributing, electronic trajectory, current density. The results show that the program can improve efficiency greatly.
