摘要
为了高效、快速地建立风机塔筒的有限元模型并对其进行有限元分析,对系列机型塔筒模型的结构进行了全面的研究,采用ANSYS提供的APDL语言和命令流编程的方法,开发了一种风机塔筒的有限元参数化建模、分析及后处理程序,用可视化界面语言VB对其进行了封装。以塔筒模型分析为实例,跟传统方法作对比,对该程序进行了验证。研究结果表明,该程序能够提高有限元模型的建模效率,缩短了塔筒的设计周期,并且简单实用,为类似问题的解决提供了一条新途径。
In order to improve the efficiency of established wind turbine tower finite element model and its finite element analysis,the parametric programming language and APDL,in ANSYS were investigated.After a comprehensive study for the stnicture of series tower, the wind turbine program of parametric modeling, analysis and post processing was established.Visual interface VB language was presented to packaging this program. The wind turbine program was evaluated on the tower model analysis, the program was tested.The experimental results show that the program has improved the efficiency to establish finite element model of wind turbine tower and shorten the design cycle of wind turbine tower.It is simple,practical,and provides a new way to solve the similar issues.
