摘要
分析了当今时代知识成为企业竞争优势的来源,论述了企业知识价值链的模型、特点与功效以及知识价值链在企业内和价值网络中的作用机制,指出企业可以通过强化知识价值链的功能来获得更为持久竞争优势。
This paper has mainly discussed knowledge being the source of enterprise competitive advantage in the knowledge economical age, and put emphasis on elaborating the models, characters and efficacy of the enterprise knowledge value chain, as well as the function mechanism of the knowledge value chain in both the enterprise and the value network. It also pointed out that enterprise might obtain more everlasting competitive advantage through strengthening knowledge value chain function.
