摘要
为了识别链式产业集群企业知识创造的主要影响因素,构建链式产业集群企业内外部环境对知识创造作用的理论模型,提出相关的理论假设,并运用调查问卷和结构方程模型方法对企业知识创造的影响因素进行了实证研究。结果表明,链式产业集群知识网络联络强度、企业内部创造氛围对我国企业知识创造能力具有直接的影响作用,而链式产业集群知识网络联络效率则通过企业内部创造氛围对我国企业知识创造行为产生间接影响。
In order to identify the main influencing factors of enterprise＇s knowledge creation,this paper proposes the theoretical hypothesis based on theoretical analysis,uses structural equation model and questionnaire to make empirical study on the influencing factors of enterprise＇s knowledge creation.The study indicates that two factors including the relation strength of knowledge network,internal creation atmosphere play dominant role in the influence on knowledge creation of Chinas＇ enterprise.At the same time,the relation efficiency of knowledge network has an indirect effect on knowledge creation.
