摘要 目的探讨β-catenin和cyclin D1在子宫内膜癌中的表达及临床意义。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测87例子宫内膜癌和30例正常子宫内膜中β-catenin和cyclin D1的表达。结果β-catenin和cyclin D1在子宫内膜癌中的阳性表达率分别为37.9%(33/87)和43.7%(38/87),明显高于正常子宫内膜组(P<0.01)。子宫内膜癌中,β-catenin的表达与病理分级、FIGO分期、肌层浸润和淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05),cyclin D1的表达与FIGO分期和淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05)。β-catenin和cyclin D1在子宫内膜癌中的表达呈正相关(r=0.458,P<0.01)。结论β-catenin和cyclin D1可能在子宫内膜癌发生发展中起重要作用,可作为评估预后的指标。 Objective To investigate the expression clinical significance. Methods SP immunohistochemical of β- catenin and cyclin D1 in endometrial carcinoma patients and its method was used to detect the expression of β- catenin and cyclin D1 in 87 eases of endometrial carcinoma and 30 eases of normal endometrium. Results The positive rates of β - catenin and cyclin D1 in endometrial carcinoma were 37.9% (33/87) and 43.7% (38/87) respectively, which were significantly higher than those in normal endometrium (P 〈 0.01 ) , In endometrial carcinoma, the expression of β- catenin was significantly correlated with the pathological grade, FIGO stage, myometrial invasion and the lymph node metastasis (P 〈 0. 05), while that of cyclin D1 was significantly correlated with FIGO stage and the lymph node metastasis ( P 〈 0. 05 ). There was a positive correlation between β - catenin and cyclin D1 in endometrial carcinoma ( r = 0.458, P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion β - catenin and cyclin D1 may play important roles in the development and progression of endometrial carcinoma and it can be used as prognostic indicators.
