摘要
通过对自制链霉素酶联免疫检测试剂盒和关键试剂的加速试验以及2～8℃保存6个月试验，考察试剂盒的稳定性。试验表明，加速试验后，试剂盒的标准曲线图形良好，呈双S曲线；2～8℃保存试验后，0浓度点OD值较高，100μg／L添加牛奶样品回收率在60％以上。结果说明，链霉素酶联免疫检测试剂盒可以保存6个月。
To evaluate the stability of a streptomycin ELISA kit developed by our lab, an accelerated experiment in 37 ℃ and a 6-month period experiment under the temperature range of 2 ～ 8℃ were done. Streptomycin ELISA kit presented a good standard curve shaped like double S after the accelerated experiment. In the 6-month period experiment under the temperature range of 2 ～ 8 ℃, the OD value of 0 μg/L solution of streptomycin was higher than 0.6 at every detection time, the recovery in milk sample fortified streptonycrn of 100 μg/L was more than 60%. These experiments showed that the effective time of kit was 6 months.
