摘要 真空压力蒸汽灭菌器由于具有良好的灭菌性能,在医疗器械领域得到了日益广泛的应用。由于外加强带圆角矩形截面灭菌器结构特殊,GB 150—1998中规定的应力公式不能适用,需运用数值方法对其进行强度计算和校核。因此,在试验研究基础上,本文建立了一种具有较高精度的矩形灭菌器三维有限元模型,获得了灭菌器在设计压力下的应力分布结果。通过比较表明,有限元结果和试验结果吻合得较好,最大应力均发生在圆角附近区域。有限元结果为制定矩形截面灭菌器相关标准提供了一个参考依据。 Vacuum steam - heated sterilizers are one of the widely used medical instruments due to their high performances in sterilization. Due to its special structure, design of strengthening rectangular sterilizer with circular comer cannot use the stress formula given in the standard GB 150--1998. So it is essential to determine its strength by numerical simulation. The paper proposes a finite element model for predicting the stress distribution based on experiments. Comparisons show that the numerical results are in good agreement with the experimental data. The maximum stress occurs at the discontinuous regions of the strengthening rib. The model can be used to predict the stress distributions of the sterilizer under design pressure, which provide a reference for formulating the correlated criteria of the rectangular sterilizer.
