低温等离子灭菌设备中等离子电源的设计与仿真研究

摘要 针对低温等离子灭菌设备的特殊要求,将PFC功率因数校正以及PWM脉宽调制等技术应用于等离子电源的设计中,设计了一种具备结构简单、造价低、电能利用率高等优点的新型等离子电源。对电源系统主电路进行基于Saber的仿真与分析,验证了电源设计的经济性与可行性。 In the view of the special specification of the plasma sterilizer in a low-temperature environment, the power factor correction (PFC) and the pulse width modulation (PWM) was applied to realize the design of plasma power, which makes the power supply having the characters of simple structure, low cost and high power utilization etc. At last, the main circuits of the power system are simulated by the Saber, which proved the economical and feasibility the whole design.
