基于ANSYS的直立塔局部塔体更换加固结构方案设计 被引量:1

摘要 针对直立塔设备局部塔体更换问题,设计了加固结构方案,采用有限元法对加固结构进行强度性能研究,比较了5种工况及加固元件组数对塔体结构应力分布的影响。研究结果表明,风载、地震载荷从180°方向作用于塔体为最危险工况,塔体结构的强度性能随加固元件组数减少而增大,加固元件减少至4组时,应力显著增加。提出了加固元件组数为4的加固结构改进方案,改进后塔体结构满足强度要求,且抗失稳能力是标准规定的1.56倍,满足施工要求,降低了施工成本,具有实际工程参考价值。 The reinforced structure was designed for local cyl inder 's replacement oIntensity performance study for reinforced structure was carried out through finite element meth-od and influences on stress distribution of the tower structure were analyzed biive design conditions and different number of strengthen components. The results showed that most dangerous working condition of the tower was happened when wind loads and earthquakeloads were applied from 180° direction. Moreover structure strength of tower increases with the decrease of reinforced components and the stress significantly increases while the number ofstrengthen components reduced to 4. Therefore, the reinforced structure improved with 4 strengthen components was put forward, which satisiied the requirement of strength. And the buckling resistance was 1. 56 times of standard rules, which meet construction requirements. So construction cost was reduced and tt was meaningful for actual engineering.
