摘要
定量分析了抽油机井油管自由悬挂可能造成的危害:降低泵效;油管柱振动加速了油管的疲劳破坏;油管屈曲造成套管、油管、抽油杆柱之间的多重磨损。指出了在抽油机井,尤其是深井中进行油管锚定的必要性。
Damage from freely suspended tubing was analyzed quantitatively. First, efficiency of pump is reduced. Second, the strenuous free vibration of the tubing will accelerate failure of string. Finally, the buckled string will make multiple wear on casing, tubing and rod string. It points out the necessity of tubing anchor in pumping wells, especially in deep wells.
