MATCHED DEEP PUMPING TECHNOLOGY IN ZHUANG-1 WELL BOOCK

摘要 莫西庄油田庄1井区具有油藏埋藏深、储层物性差、气油比高等特点。针对该区块生产中泵效低、抽油机和杆柱负荷偏大等问题,分析了影响深抽井悬点载荷和泵效的主要因素。从系统设计、油井设备和配套工具等方面进行优化和设计,正确选择抽油设备,确定最佳生产参数组合。通过现场措施调整和优化,井区平均悬点载荷由131 kN降低到102 kN,平均泵效由26%提高到44.6%,取得了显著效果。该研究为深层油气资源的合理动用和有效开发提供了技术支持。 The reservoir of Zhuang-1 well block In Moxizhuang Oilfield has the characters of deep buried,poor physical property and high gas-oil ratio.Aimed at the problems of low pump efficiency and high hanger position burden,analyzed the main influential factors.In order to reduce the load and enhance the pump efficiency,the production parameters were optimized and pumping equipment was applied properly.Based on the research,corresponding measures were taken in Zhuang-1 well block.As a result,the average hanger position burden was decreased from 13.1 t to 10.2 t,and average pump efficiency was increased from 26% to 44.6%.This technology could offer the supports for the efficient exploitation and development of deep reservoir.
