抽油机井杆管偏磨机理与治理技术 被引量:27

摘要 油田抽油机井油管与杆之间的磨损现象日益严重。井斜,管柱结构、杆管组合及工作制度不合理是杆管偏磨的主要原因,另外还与杆管材质、产出流体性质有关。应用材料力学理论探讨了偏磨机理,介绍了滨南采油厂综合治理偏磨的工艺技术及应用效果,对于提高老油田开发效益和采收率具有借鉴意义。 The wear between the rod and the tubing in wells using the pumping unit has become a serious problem in oilfield. The main reasons for the wear are the well deviation, the string structure, the rod-tubing assembly and the unsuitable working system, moreover, the materials of the rod and tube as well as the properties of produced fluids. The mechanism of deviation and wear was studied with the material mechanics theory, and the technical skill and application of deviation and wear prevention methods in Binnan Oil Production Plant were introduced in this paper which will be used for reference on how to improve the exploitation benefits and therecovery efficiency of old oil fields.
