摘要
研究无菌体系下黄铁矿的浸出并进行热力学分析。结果表明,黄铁矿的氧化浸出过程是一个电化学反应过程,在酸性溶液中能被氧化浸出,主要以FeS2+O2+2H2SO4=2FeSO4+4S+2H2O的反应进行,但速率慢,受溶解氧量控制,提高氧化还原电位有利于黄铁矿的氧化浸出。强酸浸出和pH条件试验结果与热力学分析的结果一致。
The leaching process of pyrite in the germ-free systemare mvestigatect and tnermooynamically analyzed. The results indicate that the oxidation process of pyrite is a galvano-chemistry process, and iron can be extracted through the oxidation of pyrite in acid solution by FeS2 + O2 + 2H2SO4 = 2FeSO4 + 4S+ 2H2O, but the leaching rate is related to the quantity of dissolved oxygen, so it is very slow. The increase of redoX potential is beneficial to the leaching of pyrite. The results of strong acid leaching test and pH condition test are consonant with the conclusions of thermodynamic analysis.
