摘要
以天然黄铜矿为研究对象,运用三电极电化学体系,对在硫酸介质中氯离子对黄铜矿的氧化浸出过程电化学行为进行了研究。结果表明,氯离子的加入并不能改变溶液体系电位,但对解决硫包裹具有显著作用,可以大大提高黄铜矿浸出速度。试验过程中同时可看到H2S氧化峰,从而推断在黄铜矿氧化酸浸过程中释放出H2S。
The natural chalcopyrite was selected as the research object; the electrochemical behavior of the effect of chlorine ions on the solution of chalcopyrite during the oxidic-acidic leaching by the three-electrode method was studied. The results show that the chlorine ion can't change the potential of the solution, but can improve the leaching rate of the chalcopyrite and restrain the wrap of sulfur. The anodic peak of H2S was also detected in these tests, which deduce that HES is formed during the acid oxidative leaching of chalcopyrite.
