摘要 首先定性分析了与多测点相比单测点轴心轨迹的不足之处,在合成多测点、三维轴心轨迹的基础上提出了融合相位及轴心轨迹半径两个指标的转子相对跳动量计算方法;定量提取了反应轴承状态的相对跳动量指标;结合轴心轨迹形状及绝对指标对旋转机械进行快速精确的诊断;最后,通过现场模拟实验证明了该计算方法的正确性和提取指标对旋转机械转子诊断的有效性。 The singleness measuring point axle centre trail shortages were analyzed based on being compared with the multi--measuring points at first. And a relative bounce amount computational method was advanced, which syncretized two indexes information, axle centre trail radius and phase refined from the multi--measuring point and three--dimensional axle centre trails. Some relative bounce amount indexes were refined quantitatively. The index was combined with absolute index and shape of axle centre trails to diagnose the rotary mechanism fast and accurately. Atlast, the correct- hess of the compute method and usability of the refined indexes was proved in further through some field examoles.
