摘要
民族基础教育课程改革的最大症结就是理论基础的"移植"和"照搬"。因此可以说,我们缺乏课程改革的理论基础。由此带来的问题就是课程改革体现民族特殊性往往不够。应该说这两个问题有因果联系。由于缺乏理论指导,因而课程改革只能由某一个领导的讲话为依据或者由一定的政策法规来指导实践。
The biggest problem of course reform of ethnic elementary education lies in "transplanting" and "copying" of basic theories. Lacking basic theories of course reform leads to lacking ethnic characteristics in course reform. Without theoretical guidance, course reform can only be carried out in accordance with speeches of a certain leader or guided by certain policies and regulations.
