摘要
在党和政府的高度重视下,我国"民汉"双语教育取得了较大的成效,培养了大批"民汉"双语兼通的人才。面对新的形势和要求,双语教育必须加大改革力度,扎实有效地推进,实现科学健康发展。本文针对"民汉"双语教育改革与发展中的重大、关键问题,从战略层面进行了研究与思考。
With the high attention paid by the Party and the government, the ＂Ethnic-Han＂bilingual education has achieved great effects and cultivated a large number of talents versed in both ethnic language and Mandarin.In the new circumstances, bilingual education needs to be pushed forward further, promoted more effectively and developed in a scientific way. This article was an effort to study and elaborate on the key issues in the reform and development of＂Ethnic-Han＂bilingual education.
