摘要
应用计算流体动力学技术,选用可实现k-ε模型和非平衡壁面函数,建立一款长安轿车的外表面及其外流场模型(采用12mm和8mm两种网格尺寸),对其进行流体动力学仿真,求得气动阻力与升力系数,并和风洞试验结果做了对比。结果表明,采用细网格模型的仿真结果较为精确,气动阻力系数与试验值的误差仅为4.4%。
By applying computational fluid dynamics (CFD) technology and adopting realizable k-ε model and non-equilibrium wall function, a CFD model for the body surface and its exterior flow field of a Chang-an car is set up with two different mesh sizes (12mm and 8mm). Based on the model, a CFD simulation is conducted and the drag and lift coefficients are obtained and compared to those from wind-tunnel test. The results show that the model with finer mesh (8mm) leads to a higher accuracy: the difference between simulation and test results for drag coefficient is only 4. 4%.
