某轿车车身尘土污染数值仿真与控制 被引量:7

Carbody dust pollution and controlling based on numerical simulation

摘要 针对汽车车身尘土污染问题,利用DPM离散相模型对行驶汽车外流场中多相流进行数值仿真,给出了车身表面尘土沉积浓度和分布情况;运用拉格朗日追踪可视化技术,分析了车身尘土污染产生机理;针对不同污染源,提出了增加附加装置的抑尘措施。研究结果表明:阻风板、侧裙、轮腔盖板,后扰流器都可以抑制车身尘土污染,其中轮腔盖板对侧壁,扰流器对车尾抑尘效果最显著;4种措施共同作用下,车身侧壁和尾部尘土污染面积分别减小约1.2m2和0.44m2,减小幅度达到72%和71.4%,研究对汽车车身整体造型设计具有指导意义。 According to dust pollution of the carbody, this paper used discrete phase model to perform numerical simulation in the outfield of multiphase flow and obtained thickness and distribution of dust deposition on the carhody surface. Using visualization technology of Lagrangian real-time tracking, this paper analyzed the produce mechanism of body dust pollution, and put forward different suppression methods according to sources of dust, such as installing additional device. The simulation results show that wind fender, side-skirt, wheelhouse cover plate and spoiler can restrain body dust deposition, in which wheelhouse cover plate has remarkable effects of dust suppression on side wall and rear spoiler does on rear. Four measures totally reduce dust pollution areas of side body wall and rear wall by 1.2 m^2 and 0.44 m^2 , and the reducing rates are 72% and 71. 4%.
