摘要
采用常规方法对褐马鸡的22项生理生化指标进行了测定。结果表明:血糖和血清无机磷在性别之间有显著性差异(P<0.05),所测其它生理生化指标在性别之间无显著差异(P>0.05)。测定分析了幼鸟的6种组织器官内锌、铜、锰、铁及1日龄雏鸟体内10种矿物元素含量。
Twenty two physiological and biochemical indices of blood in the Brown-eared pheasants (Crossoptilon mantchuricun ) were determined. The determination methods were according to 'Technical Routines of veterinary diagnosis and treameat' . Leucocytes were stained with May-Grunwald and Giemsa. The trace elements in tissues were measured with atomic absorption spectrum method.The main physiological and biochemical indices in whole blood were as follows (the average values between male and female birds) : RBC 3.04 ±0.31 (1012/L) Hb 97.90 ± 12.6 (g/L), ESR 0.23±0.04 (15mm), WBC 26.1±4.4 (109/L), PCV 46.23 ±4.63 (%) TP 39.94 * 0.92 (g/L); the concentrations of the mineral elements in serum (mmol/L) were: K1.33 ±0.39, Na 119.67± 24.88, Cl 102.78±8.68, Ca 2.74±1.51, Mg1.15 ±0.64, P 2.16±0.72, and Fe 2.99 ± 0.67 × 10-6 (w/w), Zn 1.8 ± 0.13 × 10 6 (w/w),AKP 8.02 ± 1.35, (king's unit), glucose in serum 15.48 ± 0.76 (mmol/L), strumurea nitrogen 2.74 ± 1.07 (mmol/L), plasma CO2-combining power 22.97 ± 6.64 (mmol/L), The concentrations of ten mineral elements of the one-day -old Brown-eared pheasants were (the samples were taken from the bodies of whole birds): K 0.23 ( % ), Na0.22 (%), Ca 2.5 (%), P 2.3 (%), Mg0.13 (%), Cu8.27×10-6 (w/w), Zn 122.12×10-6 (w/w), Fe 149.02×10-6 (w/w), Mn2.34×10-6 (w/w), and Ni 5.74× 106 (w/w), the concentrations of Zn, Cu, Fe and Mn in six tissues of the nine-week- old Brown-eared pheasants were also determined.These results showed that the concentrations of glucose in serum ( 16.64 ± 0.20, 14.42 ± 1.18) and inorganic phosphorus (2.48±0.67, 1.83 ± 0.65) were significantly different in the sexes (P<0.05). The other indices did not show distinct difference in sexes (P>0.05).According to the comparative results of the physiological and biochemical indices of the Brown-eared pheasants in the zoo with those in the protected district, we found that the red blood cell counts and MCH (mean corpuscular hemoglobin), MCHC ( mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration), as well as th
