摘要
选用600只280日龄海兰褐蛋鸡,随机分为3组,每组5个重复,每个重复40只,对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组分别在基础饲粮基础上添加0.15%的V1和V2型复合微生态制剂,研究不同微生态制剂对蛋鸡生产性能、血清生化指标和蛋品质的影响,试验期40d。结果显示,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组提高了蛋鸡产蛋率(P>0.05)和平均蛋重(P>0.05),降低了料蛋比(P<0.05)和破蛋率(P>0.05);试验Ⅰ组显著降低了血清总蛋白(P<0.05)、白蛋白(P<0.05)和血糖(P<0.05)含量,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组均显著提高了血清无机磷(P<0.05)和钙(P<0.05)水平;试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组均提高了哈氏单位(P<0.05)和蛋黄颜色(P<0.05)。结果表明,蛋鸡饲粮中添加V2型微生态制剂效果更佳。
Six hundred 280-day-old healthy Hyline laying hens were randomly divided to three groups with five replicates of forty hens each.The control group was fed with the corn-soybean meal based diet,and the experimental groupⅠandⅡadded two kinds of probiotics V1 and V2in the based diet,respectively.The trial last 40 days.The results showed that the group Ⅰ and Ⅱincreased average laying rate(P〉0.05)and average egg weight(P〉0.05),meanwhile significantly decreased the feed conversion ratio(P〈0.05)and broken egg rate(P〉0.05).Total protein,albumin and glucose of groupⅠ were significantly decreased than those of the control group(P〈0.05),and serum calcium and phosphorus of groupⅠandⅡ were significantly increased(P〈0.05).Haugh unit and yolk color of both groupⅠandⅡ were significantly higher than those of the control group(P〈0.05).It was concluded that the two kinds of probiotics V1 and V2could improve the production performance,serum biochemical parameters and egg quality of Hyline layers.
