摘要
经乙醇化学处理,聚氧醚类脱毒的桐粕,含粗蛋白质36.13%,其中赖氨酸1.43%、含硫氨基酸0.53%,粗纤维14.13%,代谢能5.46MJ/kg。按8.5%配合于蛋鸡日粮中饲喂ISA Browo商品蛋鸡,其300日龄产蛋率,平均蛋重,蛋壳厚度等与相当于桐粕蛋白质的豆粕,菜粕配合日粮组无显著差异(P>0.05),破蛋少,蛋黄比色等级显著高于菜粕日粮组。所产的蛋经80天常温(11℃~27℃)常湿(60%-84%)条件下储存,蛋黄、蛋白色泽组间无异常表现。经血液生化指标检验结果说明:红细胞计数,白细胞分类,谷草转氨酶等10项指标组间无显著差异(P>0.05);血糖,血清总酯、谷丙转氨酶及血清无机盐等16项指标组间差异显著(P<0.05)或极显著(P<0.01);但经病理解剖内脏器官组织学检查。未发现规律性的病理变化。综上所述:去毒桐粕其营养价值与菜籽粕相近,适口性优于菜籽粕,配合日粮色泽好,作为蛋白质饲料资源,具有开发价值。
The detoxified Tung Oil meal,treated with ethanol and ether,contained 36.12% of crude protein,43 % of lysine,0.53% of methionine,14.13% of crude fibre,and 5.46MJ/kg of metabolizable energy.In the feeding experiment,8.5% of the soybean meal or rapeseed meal in the ISA Bown layer's diets were,replaced respectively by detoxified Tung Oil meai.The results showed that there were no sigmficant(P>0.05) differences of egg laying rate,Qverage egg weight,and egg shell thickness among layers fed the different diets.But the grade of yolk color of the eggs produced by the layers fed detoxified Tung Oil meal was significant (P<0.05) higher than that of eggs produced by the layers fed the rapeseed meal diets.There were no significant (P > 0.05) differences of colors of egg white and egg yolk among the layers fed the different meal diets.The blood biochemical analytical results showed that there were no significant (P > 0.05) differences of the red cell count,white blood cell classify and the other 8 Analytical indexes.There were significant (P<0.05 or P<0.01) differences of the concen-trations of the blood sugar,serum total fat and inorganic salts and other 13 analytical indexes between the layers fed the Tung Oil meal diets and the layers fed the soybean and rapeseed meal diets.However,the pathologic anatomy and internal organs histopathologic examinations showed that there were no trregular changes tn pathology.This means that the differences are caused only by the adjustment of the internal environment in the layers fed the Tung Oil meal diets to the changes of the digestion and absorpcion,The presen study indicated that the Tung Oil meal had the same nutritive values as rape-seed meal,and it was more palatable to animal than rapeseed meal.
