摘要
针对绩效考核的复杂性和现有绩效评价方法的局限,建立了一个基于灰关联分析的雇员绩效评价模型.其特点一是可以判断员工实际绩效与理想绩效之间的差距;二是可用于同时对多个员工绩效实施评价;三是能够向被评价对象提供有效的反馈信息.将此模型应用于某企业员工的绩效考评,取得了较好的应用效果.
Considering the complexity of performance appraisal and some shortcomings of the current evaluation methods, this paper set up a new model for employees' performance evaluation based on gray relational analysis. The characteristics lies on three aspects: Firstly, the model can provide the difference between the employee's real performance and the perfect performance. Secondly, it can be used to appraise many employees' performance at the same time. Finally, it can provide effective feedback for performers. The application in an enterprise indicated that the results achieved by this model were satisfactory.
