摘要
本文采用模糊优先评价模型及层次分析法设置评价指标的权重,将考核对象的各个方面进行合理、全面的评判,以实现定性向定量的转变。将模糊理论运用于企业职工绩效考核,可以提高绩效考核的科学性和可靠性,同时也能为考核者提供科学、直观的决策思路和方法。
This paper, using an evaluation optimized fuzzy evaluation model and AHP bases weighted index values, works out a rational and comprehensive evaluation method to deal with many issues encountered in evaluation of employee's performance, so as to make the transition from the qualitative to the quantitative possible. Fuzzy theory can be used to evaluate employee's performance and make the evaluation more scientific and reliable, and it also provides leader with a scientific approach to evaluation.
