卷烟纸透气度对卷烟燃烧锥温度分布的影响 被引量:39

摘要 为探索不同透气度卷烟纸烟支燃吸过程中对部分烟气成分的影响,利用热电偶测温装置考察了不同透气度卷烟纸对烟支燃烧温度的影响。结果表明:①阴燃时,随着卷烟纸透气度的逐渐增大,烟支高温区面积有增大的趋势,燃烧线后200~260℃温度区面积有减小的趋势;②燃吸时,在卷烟纸透气度从30CU逐渐增大到137CU过程中,烟支高温区面积先增大后减小;卷烟纸透气度从30CU逐渐增大到55CU,燃烧线后200~260℃温度区面积逐渐减小;从55CU逐渐增大到137CU,燃烧线后200~260℃温度区面积基本保持不变。 The effects of cigarette paper permeability on some smoke components and the cigarette burning temperature during smoking were studied. The cigarette burning temperature was investigated with a thermocouple-based device specially designed for this purpose. The effects of cigarette paper permeability on cigarette burning temperature and smoke yields (tar, nicotine and CO deliveries) were analyzed. The results showed that: 1 ) during smouldering, with the increase of paper permea- bility, the high temperature zone (HTZ) expanded, while the 200 -260 ℃ zone shrank; 2) during puffing, HTZ expanded first and then shrank when paper permeability increased from 30 CU to 137 CU; 200 -260 ℃ zone shrank when paper permeability increased from 30 CU to 55 CU, however, it maintained generally unchanged when the permeability increased from 55 CU to 137 CU.
