摘要
为了使配方人员可以直接使用求出的滤嘴通风度、焦油、烟碱和CO释放量的预测模型中的相关参数,建立了卷烟设计和材料设计两种算法,并在这两种算法基础上开发了卷烟材料计算机辅助设计系统。应用该系统对4种样品的实验值和预测值进行对比,除两项预测偏差较大外,其余项目的预测偏差均小于5%,达到了算法预期的目标。
For helping blenders to directly use the relative parameters calculated out of the predictive models of filter ventilation and deliveries of tar, nicotine and CO, algorithms for cigarette design and material design were established, and, further, a cigarette material CAD system was developed. The system had functions of cigarette design and material design, the algorithm implementation and software design of the system were discussed in detail. The experimental data and predictive values of 4 samples were compared, thE predictive deviations were below 5% except for that of nicotine in sample No. 1 and CO in sample No. 2.
