摘要
异步交互是远程教学的重要环节,但在实践中存在诸多问题,其教育优势难以发挥。这说明我们对异步交互的特点还缺乏认识。本研究通过访谈和内容分析,对基于BBS的异步交互中的交互距离特征、文本交互特征和认知层次特征进行了探究,为今后教师组织异步交互提供了参考。
BBS, a kind of interaction media, is simple to operate and allows equal communication and collaboration, even meaning construction, among users. As a result, many schools and institutes of distance education take the BBS-based asynchronous interaction as the main means to extend face-to-face instruction and to increase communication among teachers and students. However, the instructive advantages of BBS have not been fully brought into play in instructional practice. Only by comparison with and analysis on the difference and sameness between asynchronous and face-to-face discussion could both the obstacles for organizing asynchronous discussion and the ways of improving the participation degree and quality be found out. Additionally, learners' attitudes and feelings towards asynchronous interaction is also the mirror to thorough understand on online learning. In order to solve these issues, a random semi structured interview was accomplished among teachers and students using asynchronous interaction method in Education College of Hebei University. At the same time, in order to find out the characters of cognitive levels in asynchronous interaction, some posts are randomly selected from a learning forum of some graduate student class, and then coded and analyzed by content, thus to summarize the cognitive levels in asynchronous discussion. Based on above researches, the characters of interaction distance, text interaction and cognitive levels of BBS-based asynchronous instruction are explored. It is hoped that the researching results can offer valuable references for organizing asynchronous interaction in instruction in future.
